My
Story
My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about the mind and a desire to help others find clarity within their experiences. Over time, I have seen how overwhelming thoughts, anxiety, and patterns of avoidance can disconnect us from the life we want to live. This understanding has shaped my approach to therapy - one that focuses on creating both awareness and meaningful change.

Throughout my training, I was drawn to approaches that go beyond simply talking through challenges. I became trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where I learned how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply interconnected. I also pursued Art Therapy as a way to help individuals access and process emotions that can be difficult to put into words. This combination allows for both structure and creativity within the healing process.

In my work, I support individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD symptoms, and patterns such as overthinking, procrastination, and reliance on unhelpful coping mechanisms. I integrate CBT and Relapse Prevention strategies with practical, personalized tools to help clients build habits that foster focus, emotional regulation, and long-term wellbeing.

I believe that growth happens when we feel both supported and empowered. Each person has the capacity to move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life, and therapy can be a space to begin that process. It is a privilege to be able to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.
